The theme is terrible in a bad, bad way. So generic and annoying. Actually, all of the music is either horribly done or horribly misplaced.
The whole smoking bit was really fucking retarded. "OMG! Cigarettes!! t3h lolz!!" The dude holding the cig looked like he was shy of it.
The "acting" is atrociously offensive. The drunk scene was terrible. Not good at all. I liked the alluding to gay sex when they went to go pee, but you didn't deliver. The dancing, although I suppose it was done to be humorous, was stupid as hell. The zombie growling and reactions were the worst I've seen since Children of the Living Dead. The pinning to the wall was so awkward, it made me cringe. I love the part where the guy gets pissed on...oh, wait, that was supposed to be blood. It's pretty stupid how they just all of a sudden kill the guy and then know the others are zombie creatures and plan to kill them. Was that a real gun outside the barn, bro? So dangerous. The pistol whipping was about 6 inches from the guy's face, not very good. Do a back shot for it next time. The head smashing in with the shovel was terrible. Your blood coloring is way bad, son. And the scenes with the group of zombies are so bad, I felt like I was being stabbed in the eye. Whoever told them to walk like that should be smacked.Your camera angles and positions aren't bad, but a little basic. To be honest, the camera work, though boring and basic, was the best part of the whole thing.
At least it wasn't as horrible as an Ulli Lommel movie, bro. The next time, if you plan to have a lot of slow down time, you should have some comedy or creepy atmosphere in it. It will make the viewer less likely to turn it off early. I only stuck it out because I wanted to give you a full opinion. You tried way too hard to be quirky and have a running joke, it just failed miserably.
All in all, it wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen, but it comes pretty close. If you get some better actors, or take the time to try harder, you could make a pretty decent short sometime in the future. Try better dialog, too. With the slow build up, you really should have had something worth listening to. Not necessarily a political statement or anything, but something.
